Company Profile
Macro in brief
Macro Publishing Group is an Italian publishing leader of books and DVDs on body, mind, spirit and ecology.
Macro Group was founded in 1987. With its own work and events it has contributed
to the growth of an informed and aware community. Thanks to our commitment and
passion, we have become a reliable and independent publishing house, free from
any conflict of interest. Our growth has not prevented us from carrying on our original
mission, which is to spread basic information about new and alternative self-healing
and knowledge and environmental issues. [Read More]
The main subjects of our books are new spiritual trends, quantum sciences, natural healing and therapies, natural cooking and nutrition, psychological practices, ecology, environmental and social consciousness, economics and financial issues, and conspiracy.
We publish about 100 new titles every year and 200 reprints. We are present in many Italian bookstores supplying about 50 wholesalers. Generally, the first print run of our books consists of 2.500-3.000 copies. Our average cover price is 15-18 Euros (for books of about 260-300 pages). For most of the titles in our catalogue, we sell between 1.000 and 3.000/5.000 copies in one year.
In 2006 we released two important titles: the bestselling What the Bleep Do we Know and the 2006 USA Science Winner Award The Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton.
In 2007 we acquired the copyright for the Italian translation of the latest editorial phenomenon in the US and all over the world: The Secret by Rhonda Byrne.
In 2009 we published the German bestseller Secret of Heart, by Ruediger Schache and the first book of Transurfing Trilogy, by Vadim Zeland.
For many years we have published prominent authors such as Gerald Jampolsky, Edward Bach, Ramtha, Kryon, Gregg Braden, Bruce Lipton, Bärbel Mohr, Stuart Wilde, Paul Ferrini, Drunvalo Melchizedek, David Icke, Hulda Regehr Clark and many others.
The aim of Macro Publishing Group is to spread information and knowledge about alternative ways of thinking by producing books. Throughout the years we turned from a small, simple-structured company to a professional and technologically developed one. The leading criteria for the choice of the content we publish, however, are the same as when the company was founded: the search for hidden, twisted truths; the observation of new discoveries and interpretations; the promotion of wellbeing and progress, the assumption of responsibility by individuals and by the whole society. During these twenty years of activity, each release has been the result of a successful match of passion, vision and sensibility.
